Free workshop for children at the Olga Orozco Museum House

The Olga Orozco House Museum in Toay invited girls and boys to participate in an original playful and artistic proposal this weekend. It is the workshop “Image Laboratory at the Olga Orozco House Museum: Shadow Hunters,” coordinated by María Eva Dolard.

The activity, lasting one and a half hours, will take place this Saturday, October 18, at 5:00 PM, in the La Fantasma Room of the House Museum, located at Av. Regimiento 13 de Caballería No. 1102, Toay. It is a free activity and does not require prior registration.

Through a playful experience, the workshop aims to bring children (ages 6 to 12) closer to aesthetic notions such as form, volume, and composition. At the same time, participants will connect with the imagery of the ghostly, the hidden, and fear, reinterpreting it in a poetic key.

The shadow, understood as an ephemeral trace, will be the central element for the creation of a collective object: a circular mobile of shadows that will bring beauty, clarity, and play to the space.

The La Pampa’s Culture Secretariat and the Municipality of Toay invited the families to go to the Olga Orozco House Museum to enjoy this creative proposal.
