La Pampa's Provincial government promotes training in Bio and Nanotechnology

The CITIA Agency will allocate six exclusive scholarships for professionals from La Pampa who wish to participate in the Postgraduate Course in Bio and Nanotechnology of the FAN. The initiative is part of the actions carried out by the Ministry of Production in order to connect La Pampa with the main innovation centers in the country.

A strategic agreement was signed in a timely manner between the La Pampa’s Agency for Sciences, Technologies and Open Innovation (CITIA Agency) and the Argentine Nanotechnology Foundation (FAN).

CITIA will have six scholarships for professionals who wish to pursue the Postgraduate Degree in Updating in Bio and Nanotechnology, organized by the FAN together with the University of San Martín (Buenos Aires) and the accompaniment of the Sadosky Foundation.

The course offers an intensive 50-hour training space that starts on April 14, 2026 and is designed for scientists, engineers, health professionals and technologists who want to understand how nanotechnologies are applied today in personalized medicine, bioengineering and industry.

CITIA Agency informed that the proposal combines virtual classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays with face-to-face laboratory practices.The Agency will select the candidates from La Pampa who meet the profile to access one of the six available scholarships, while the final decision on admission to the course corresponds to the organizers (FAN/UNSAM).

The Modalities

Face-to-face + virtual with a scholarship of 50% of the tuition fee + travel and accommodation included (does not include travel expenses).
Virtual mode with a scholarship of 100% of the tuition fee and participation from the place of residence.
