La Pampa: The Museum of Arts announced the 2026 exhibition calendar

The Secretariat of Culture presented the annual program of exhibitions of the Provincial Museum of Arts (MPArtes). The calendar arises from an open call that prioritizes the enhancement of the Pampean heritage and the participation of artists from the Province.

The selected exhibitions arise from a previous call, in which artists and curators were invited to submit exhibition proposals for the different exhibition spaces of the Secretariat of Culture.

“Following the guidelines of the call, the Provincial Museum of Arts prioritized projects that promote dialogue with its various audiences and at the same time, value its history and heritage. Likewise, special relevance was given to the participation of artists from La Pampa,” said director Dante Bagatto.

From April 17 to May 17. ‘Desnudar el camino’ by María José Pérez. ‘The platform and the others’ by Susana Machado. ‘Under the Surface’ by Laura Arpigiani.
From 22 May to 28 June. Retrospective exhibition of the artist and former director of the Museum, Estela Jorge.
From 3 July to 2 August. Drawing Saloon - Exhibition of the selected works in the Provincial Hall of Visual Arts of La Pampa - Drawing Section - National Call.
From August 7 to September 13. “Inhabiting Patagonia(s)” collective exhibition of artists from Patagonia.
From 18 September to 25 October. **Commemorating 40 years of the first joint exhibition of Gustavo Gaggero and Nelson Salazar Luna.
From 30 October to 6 December. Fire Arts Room. Exhibition of the selected works in the Provincial Hall of Visual Arts of La Pampa - Fire Arts Section - National Call.
From December 11 to February 2027. Retrospective exhibition of the artist Osmar ‘Bocha’ Sombra.
