The Secretariat of Culture of the Government of La Pampa accompanies the development of the Federal Mosaic Festival (FeMo) 2026, a national initiative that is held simultaneously in various locations in Argentina from April 2 to 5.
In Santa Rosa, the main activity will take place in the outdoor space of the MEDASUR Cultural Center, where a mosaic mural of the Provincial Coat of Arms will be inaugurated.
The work, coordinated by the artist Vilma Lobato, joins the 31 simultaneous actions that the festival deploys in cities such as Córdoba, Ushuaia, El Calafate and CABA among others, seeking to strengthen art, local identity and community exchange.
FeMo stands out for its decentralized format, which allows each headquarters to adapt its activities to the local context.
This edition prioritizes the visibility of established and emerging artists, promoting the creation of horizontal collaboration networks.
Thus, the festival is consolidated as a training and social integration tool that promotes the contemporary mosaic under the axes of accessibility, sustainability and federalism.
So, the inauguration at CC MEDASUR symbolizes the integration of provincial heritage with collective artistic production.
