The talk last Tuesday was given by Adriana Quiriban, Mica, and Marcos, among other members of the Food Laboratory of the Faculty of Agronomy of the UNLPam. At the end of the meeting, the preparation and tasting of dehydrated foods was proposed among the attendees, which was agreed to take place on the 26th starting at 9:00 a.m.
This activity is linked to each of the stages of the Vegetable Garden Workshop -led by Horacio Suárez- which promotes learning how to grow one’s own food. In this case, it is a continuation of the talk on the transformation of fruits and vegetables through dehydration techniques provided by representatives of the Food Laboratory of the Faculty of Agronomy of the National University of La Pampa.
